| HARRY HAINES FAMILY: My grandfather, George Harry Haines, born 1877, was the first son of G.W. Haines and Mary Ellen Layman Haines. He and his wife, Agnes Pultz Haines were the parents of Audrey, Oliver and Everett. |

EVERETT GEORGE HAINES served on the Town of Hunter police force for many years, but was known as 'Butch' to many, having been trained as a butcher in his father's meat market. He and Anna Conway Haines were married in 1934, and were the parents of Richard, Nancy and Thomas.
