Q:   How can I contact the person who has submitted a particular family tree and/or photos?
        A:  Email your question to webmaster@hainesfamilyassociation.org . Put the family name that the question is about in the subject line. Your inquiry will be forwarded to the person who submitted the information/photos.

Q:  Why is the page that I’m trying to view asking for a username and password?
       A:  Pages asking for a username and  password are currently under construction. When the page is complete and ready for public viewing, a username and password will no longer be required.

Q:   I think there is an error in the family tree on a Descendant's page. What should I do? Is there a way to submit information to correct a possible error?
       A:  The Haines Family Association, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of family trees that are published on its website. That responsibility lies solely with the person who submitted the information. You may submit your question and additional information for a particular page by email to webmaster@hainesfamilyassociation.org . Put the family name that the question is about in the subject line. Your inquiry will be forwarded to the person who submitted the information/photos for their consideration.
